Kirkcudbright Summer Festivities Vintage Tractor Rally
And Car Boot Sale.

Twynholm Tractor Club and James Smith Fencing, Tongland.

Sunday 18th July 2010. 10am to 3pm.
The Carse, Tongland Bridge, Kirkcudbright.

This will be Kirkcudbright Summer Festivities second Vintage Tractor Rally, and if it is like last year then it will to be a tremendous success. We hope to attract around 1,200 people coming along to enjoy the day, and with over 50 old tractors and implements on view, there should be much to interest everyone...

Entertaiment on the day will be provided by Amanda & Tony Brutus. Amanda is a current Guinness World Record holder and the strongest girl in the world for her weight. Tony is a former strength champion and has over 50 TV and film appearances to his credit.Their feats of strength are mostly unique to their own act. Also making an appearance are the Galloway Pipes and Drums from Dalbeattie who will be playing and having piping and drumming workshops throughout the day.

Car Boot Sale. From 10am. Over 40 car booters supported us and they added greatly to the success of the event. We look forwardto seeing you all again this year.

Entry to the event is free, but we will ask for a donation to Multiple Sclerosis Charity. Last year over £660 was raised for them on the day. Lets beat that this year...!.
